Transforming Our Software Development and Release Processes

To deliver a better service to our partners, we have made significant changes to our software development and release processes.

Cloud instances: We now stream both quality and feature updates to our cloud systems multiple times per month. These updates are available for onsite installations, on demand.

Onsite Rollout: We will be delivering upgrades and patches to our on-site clients at least once per quarter.

Quality Improvements

Remote control - Splashtop integration upgrade

Improvements to the reliability and robustness of the Splashtop integration.

Remote control - Oracle Java 8’s latest update

Support for Oracle’s latest Java 8 version.

Microsoft Windows and Office patching improvements

Increased patching capabilities, making sure that all Windows patches and Microsoft updates are displayed correctly.

Remote console “Run As” improvements

Upgraded the remote console and script pack “Run As” engines to improve capability and reliability.

New scheduling engine

Implemented a redesigned scheduling engine to handle a greater number of complex scheduled jobs and automation rules, significantly boosting reliability and efficiency.


Onsite platform maintenance automation

This release includes critical automated Site Controller maintenance routines to ensure the ongoing health, database performance, and overall reliability of the platform.

Other performance, stability & quality improvements

  • Fixed: New validation will not permit Time notes to contain values exceeding 24 hours.

  • Fixed: All ticket activities will remain visible when using browser zoom.

  • Fixed: Ability to delete script packs.

  • Fixed: OS template names will show correctly in confirmation message.

  • Fixed: Pinned task manager will display the name of the device correctly in the ribbon.

  • Fixed: Blank fields of Devices’ bulk edit modal will not clear the corresponding device attributes.
