Added functionality to automate 3rd party software updates using the Scheduler.
Tickets Grid, “Waiting On” Status
Introduced a new ticket status, "Waiting On," to improve IT service quality. Easily identify open tickets and the next step (“waiting on us” or “waiting on contact”). The foundation of upcoming ticket SLA management improvements.
Automation Rules, New Engine
A new automation rules engine for improved reliability when matching configured ticket criteria with accelerated validation for “chained rules”.
Windows Agent Stability
Improved Windows Agent stability and reliability.
Routine Store: Quick access
Added a shortcut to the Routine Store in the quick access section, located in the top-right corner of Naverisk.

Fixed: Changes made via the Script Pack editing tool are now correctly saved
Fixed: The Description field of the Run Script Pack modal now displays all characters, including quotation marks
Fixed: Remote Control filter of Device Grid will only return matching devices
Fixed: Deleted groups no longer appear in the User tab
