Quality Improvements

Scheduled Tickets

Implemented a redesigned ticket scheduling engine to improve the handling of ticket recurrence, significantly boosting reliability and efficiency. This upgrade also resolves an issue where editing recurring monthly jobs would cause the first scheduled date to be skipped.

Agreements, sell prices

Changed agreement limitations to allow sell prices to be set between 0 and 1.

User Chat, keyboard shortcuts

Updated keyboard shortcuts to enhance the predictability and dependability of the chat interface.

Run Script, keyboard shortcuts

Revised keyboard shortcuts to enhance the usability and consistency of the scripting interface.

Other performance, stability & quality improvements

  • Fixed: Agreement grid will display agreement renewal dates.

  • Fixed: Ability to manually edit the start date of ticket time notes.

  • Fixed: Ability to manually clear any date fields within the application.

  • Fixed: New agent installation alerts will be sent as configured in the Alert Template Settings.
