Welcome to Naverisk 2026 R1!
This release focuses on enhancing administrative visibility and providing more granular control over infrastructure updates. Our primary objective was to streamline workflow management within the Naverisk Controller and introduce a high-performance, 64-bit architecture for Windows environments.
Key updates include improved scheduling oversight for complex client hierarchies, more efficient job replication processes, and the rollout of our next-generation Windows agent. By prioritizing both performance and deployment control, these enhancements allow you to maintain peak system stability while modernizing your managed endpoints at a pace that suits your specific operational requirements.
Next-Generation 64-Bit Windows Agent
We are introducing a new 64-bit Windows Agent, built to leverage the architecture of modern 64-bit operating systems.
Key Benefits:
Provides superior performance
Improved memory management
Enhanced stability for managing modern Windows endpoints
Granular Control for 64-Bit Agent Upgrades
To ensure stability and maintenance window compliance, you have full control over when devices transition to the new 64-bit agent.
This includes:
Triggered Upgrades: A new dropdown on the Client Settings page allows you to set the agent type upgrade to trigger the next time the agent reconnects to the Naverisk Controller.
Enhanced Visibility: A new column has been added to the Client Grid within the Client & Licensing section, clearly displaying which clients have the 64-bit upgrade enabled.
Key Benefits:
Empowers you to manage the rollout of new technology at your own pace,
ensuring zero disruption to critical client environments while providing clear oversight of your upgrade progress.
Show Sub-Clients on Job Scheduling
Users can now toggle a Show Sub-Clients option within the Job List tab of the Scheduling page. This allows for a consolidated view of all scheduled tasks across a parent client and its associated sub-entities.
Key Benefits:
Improves visibility and administrative efficiency by allowing you to manage
Audit schedules across your entire client hierarchy from a single screen
Enable Scheduled Job Copies
When copying a scheduled job, you now have the explicit option to enable the new copy immediately during the creation process.
Key Benefits:
Reduces manual configuration steps
Ensures that replicated workflows begin executing without the need to navigate into the new job's settings to toggle it on
Calendar Scheduling Optimization
We have refined the process that publishes "next scheduled dates" when navigating the Calendar. This back-end optimization prevents the system from double-handling job creation during the UI render.
Key Benefits:
Increases system reliability and UI responsiveness by eliminating redundant background processes during calendar navigation
Other performance, stability & quality improvements
Fixed: Issue where the Activity tab would fail to load after refreshing a ticket via the ticket number breadcrumb
Fixed: Issue where rows were not highlighted when individual items were checked in grids
