Introducing Naverisk 2025 R3! We are pleased to announce a new update to the Naverisk platform, bringing enhanced security and improved customer interaction features. These updates aim to provide greater control over access and streamline your workflow for managing customer feedback.
User Settings, IP-based access control
We've implemented a new network security measure that provides granular control over access to the Naverisk website. This feature allows you to restrict access based on specific IP addresses, significantly enhancing your platform's security posture.
Key Benefits
IP Whitelisting: Configure lists of allowed IP addresses to control who can access your Naverisk instance,
Improved Security: Reduce the risk of unauthorized access by limiting connectivity to trusted networks.
Customer Survey, results
This update brings significant improvements to the customer survey functionality, offering better visibility into feedback and enhanced data management capabilities.
View Survey Answers in Ticket Activity Tab:
Customer survey responses are now seamlessly integrated into the activity tab of associated tickets.
Quickly review feedback directly within the ticket context, providing a holistic view of the customer's issue and their satisfaction.
This streamlines communication and ensures all relevant information is easily accessible to your support team.
Export Output of the Ticket Grid:
You can now export the data displayed in the ticket grid to a downloadable format.
This feature allows for easier reporting, analysis, and integration with other business intelligence tools.
Customize your views in the ticket grid, apply filters, and then export exactly the data you need for further processing.
