Naverisk 2026 R6

Release notes

Welcome to Naverisk 2026 R6

In this release, we are delivering powerful new tools to elevate your service desk operations. From flexible SLA management tied directly to client agreements to AI-driven email polish, this update focuses on driving service consistency, improving client communication, and refining your daily user experience.

Service Level Agreement policies

We are excited to introduce SLA Policies to Naverisk, giving you greater control and flexibility over service level management by allowing you to define targeted timeframes for initial email response times and total time to resolution directly linked to Naverisk Agreements—enabling distinct SLA terms across different agreements for the same client.

Key Benefits

  • Tiered Client Management: Tailor service delivery standards to match specific contract agreements, allowing you to manage multi-tiered client relationships seamlessly within a single account.

  • Improved Response Accountability: Enforce swift first-touch communications by tracking the exact duration from ticket creation to the initial response email.

  • Consistently Met Resolution Targets: Clear, enforceable resolution timeframes help service desk teams prioritize work effectively and meet contractual obligations.

  • Streamlined SLA Tracking: Automated mapping directly to agreements removes manual overhead and ensures accurate, effortless SLA enforcement across all active contracts.

Service Desk, improving drafts

We are excited to introduce a new Improve Text capability within the AI assistant, designed to help service desk technicians draft clear, professional, and accurate client emails faster.

Key Benefits

  • Clearer Client Communication: Automatically rewrites complex technical explanations into accessible language that non-technical clients can easily understand.

  • Flawless Email Quality: Instantly corrects spelling, grammar, and sentence structure, ensuring every outbound message maintains a professional tone.

  • Flexible Editing: Refine entire email drafts at once or selectively polish specific phrases without affecting the rest of your message.

  • Faster Ticket Drafting: Speeds up ticket replies by converting rough notes or quick drafts into polished client-ready emails with a single click.

Data Hub, data description

We have updated the Data Hub Query Builder to provide better clarity and ease of use when building custom queries and reports.

Key Benefits

  • Faster Query Building: Easily identify and select the correct data fields without needing to cross-reference external documentation.

  • Improved Accuracy: Clear descriptions reduce guesswork, ensuring you build queries using the exact data points required for your reporting.

  • Streamlined Onboarding: Helps team members quickly understand available data points, regardless of their familiarity with Data Hub schemas.

Other performance, stability & quality improvements

  • Fixed an issue where saving updates to a ticket with a monthly recurrence (set to repeat on the Nth weekday of the month) caused the Recurs Every value to automatically change. Scheduled tickets now reliably maintain their set monthly interval without shifting unexpectedly on the Dispatch calendar or within the Schedule tab.

  • Fixed an issue where rapidly clicking or submitting a ticket could result in duplicate ticket entries. The Save button is now automatically disabled while Naverisk processes the ticket submission.

  • Fixed an issue on the Service Desk page where using the quick actions Project button to link an unlinked ticket displayed a failure error message despite the action succeeding. Linking a ticket to a project now completes cleanly without false error notifications.

  • Fixed an issue when creating a Scheduled Job where the Device Type filter section—including its header, "Select All/None" checkbox, and device options list—rendered twice within the Select Device Filter modal. The panel now cleanly displays a single filter section.

  • Fixed an issue where clicking a sub-client name in the Service Desk ticket grid (with "Show sub-clients" enabled) redirected to a view showing tickets from other clients. Navigating to a client or sub-client page now correctly displays only the tickets associated with that specific client.

  • Fixed an issue in the Dispatch grid where clicking the Edit icon incorrectly opened the Edit Scheduled Job modal. Clicking the edit icon now correctly redirects to the ticket details page.

  • Fixed a Content Security Policy issue that blocked network calls required for Splashtop Business. Remote Control sessions using Splashtop Business accounts now connect reliably without requiring manual configuration changes.

  • Fixed an issue where raising a ticket from a chat session overwrote the original conversation. Full chat transcripts are now preserved as the first entry in the Activity tab (with the AI summary in its dedicated tab when enabled, or in the description when disabled).

  • Fixed an issue where public or private notes containing "to" and "from" text lines were incorrectly converted and write-locked as Email notes. Saved notes now correctly retain their original designated note type and remain editable.
