Naverisk 2026 R2

Release notes

Updated yesterday

Welcome to Naverisk 2026 R2

This latest update introduces significant improvements to data accessibility, device visibility, and the overall user interface experience within Naverisk.

Data Hub

We have launched the Data Hub, a centralized workspace that provides you with direct access to your own data. This update includes a powerful new query builder allowing for complex logic and filter data using various conditions.

To streamline your workflow, you can now save your frequently used queries into a dedicated Query Library. Furthermore, results can be opened in new tabs for easier multitasking or exported directly to CSV documents for external reporting.

Key Benefit:

  • Provides complete control over your data, allowing for highly specific reporting and deep-dive analysis. The ability to save queries and export to CSV significantly reduces manual effort for recurring data tasks.

Grid Interactivity – clickable values

We have updated the majority of Naverisk grids to highlight all clickable values.

Key Benefit:

  • Enhances platform discoverability and navigation speed by clearly distinguishing between static data and interactive links, reducing the time spent searching for drill-down options.

Enhanced Device Version Visibility

We have updated the Version column in the Devices grid. The Agent Type is now appended to the Agent Version value.

Key Benefit:

  • Improves troubleshooting efficiency by providing immediate visibility into both the agent version and its specific architecture (e.g., Windows vs. Mac or 32-bit vs. 64-bit) without needing to click into individual device details.

Splashtop Component Updates

We have updated the core Splashtop components to the latest versions. The Splashtop for RMM installer has been upgraded to 3.7.6.0, and the Splashtop Streamer has been updated to 3.8.0.4.

Other performance, stability & quality improvements

  • Fixed an issue where the future running date and time for scheduled jobs using the "nth day of month" option were not displaying correctly in the Calendar view

  • Fixed an issue where the Reply, Reply All, and Forward buttons could be pushed off-screen when viewing emails containing oversized images

  • Fixed an issue where the month-view calendar table did not expand to use the full available width of the screen
