DATA HANDLING
Provider: All AI processing occurs within Microsoft Azure AI systems.
Collection: Only data required for AI features (e.g., support ticket content, metadata, comments, and resolution details).
Security: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and SOC 2 controls.
Privacy: GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA compliance, and regional data residency within your selected Azure region.

Continued use of AI features constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
