Naverisk 2026 R5

Release Notes

Welcome to Naverisk 2026 R5

This release introduces AI-driven email generation within the Service Desk, enabling technicians to instantly draft context-aware, customizable responses directly from ticket histories. We’ve also refined core UX workflows, making the Advanced Tray Client the default selection for new client setups and ensuring remote control sessions launch using your last selected option. These enhancements streamline day-to-day operations and accelerate communication, allowing your team to resolve issues faster and with greater consistency.

Service Desk, AI generated emails

We have added an AI-driven email and reply generation directly within Naverisk. This feature helps technicians write faster, more consistent, and highly contextual responses by analyzing the full history of a ticket before drafting a reply.

Key Capabilities

  • Smart Summarization: Automatically reviews previous emails, internal notes, and overall ticket context to draft relevant responses instantly.

  • Tone Adjustment: Instantly shift the draft tone to suit your audience, whether you need a more formal response for executive stakeholders or a more casual tone for internal users.

  • Full Editing Control: Review and modify any generated draft before sending to ensure accuracy and maintain complete oversight over client communications.

Tray Client, Settings Default

When creating a new client on the web portal, the Advanced Tray Client option is now selected by default.

  • Enhanced Out-of-the-Box Functionality: New client profiles immediately leverage the capabilities of the Advanced Tray Client without requiring manual toggle adjustments during setup.

  • Streamlined Workflow: Reduces setup steps when onboarding new clients, ensuring consistent deployment configuration across accounts.

Remote Control launch

We updated the remote control launch workflow across the Service Desk’s Quick Actions and the Ticket Details Device tab. Remote control sessions now consistently launch using the option last selected in the remote control dropdown on the device details page.

Integrations, Deprecations & Removals

We have retired the e-automate and AuthAnvil integrations. Naverisk users will no longer be able to access or use these third-party connections within the platform.

Other performance, stability & quality improvements

  • Fixed issue where Home icon mouseover is underlined, aligning its behavior with all other icons in the navigation panel.

  • Fixed issue where, in dark mode, the Alerting Mode dropdown were displaying in Light mode colors instead of Dark mode.

  • Fixed issue where the Last Update timestamp in the Service Desk ticket Quick Actions panel (accessible via the row's expandable chevron) did not update in real time when certain activity types occurred. The panel now accurately reflects all ticket activity as it happens across all scenarios.

  • Fixed an issue where email templates failed to dispatch for their intended triggers. Email notifications are now reliably sent to assigned users whenever other users interact with or update their assigned tickets.
