From the Naverisk web interface, you can easily download our pre-built Device Role for monitoring Arma device backups.
First, you will need to open the Routine Store window by clicking on the icon at the top right of the Naverisk window.
Find the Device Role called Arma Backup in the list.
Click on the name and then click Download this Routine.
Once it has downloaded, go back into Naverisk and go into Settings \ Device Roles.
Make sure the correct sub-client is selected, usually the top-level entity, then click Import Role. Upload the file which was downloaded from the Routine Store. It will have a .nrl file extension.
The new Device Role will now appear in the list of Device Roles and can be copied to other sub-clients as required and applied to any devices which are being backed up by Arma. Please note that this Device Role cannot be used to monitor M365 backups.
The Device Role monitors the Arma services on the device as well as checking the device's Event Log for the Arma events listed here.
