M365 Tenancies

*NOTE: Prior to setting up an M365 Tenant, you will need to complete the App Registration process in Azure detailed here:

In order to set up a new M365 Tenant, make sure that the Client's M365 S3 Storage is set up first and connected successfully (when you proceed to Clients -> Storage)

Go to Clients -> Protected Items and select '+New M365 Tenant'.

This will pop up a dialogue where the Tenant Name, Directory- and Application Id together with the Application Secret should be entered.

Once, all the information is filled in, the 'Create M365 Tenant' button will be enabled and the user is able to create the new tenant

Select 'Create M365 Tenant'. This will add the new tenant, also called a 'Protected Item', in the list of devices.

From there, the user can validate the tenancy is connected successfully.

Select the newly added Protected Item.

Select the 'M365 Tenant' tab which will have all the tenancy information.

Select 'Test Connection' - this should pop up with a success message.
