Client billing is calculated based on a configured data plan and storage consumption by the client.
Data Plan
Each client requires a data plan. This includes.
Data Plan Name. The name of the data protection service that appears on client invoices.
Base Storage. Ammount of data included in the base data plan.
Base Retail. Charge for the base data plan storage.
Additional Per GB. Fees for any storage over and above the base data plan storage allocation.
Invoicing, currency and billing details
Configure the correct currency for data protection services billing.
Client billing dashboard
Displays a summay of all data protection plans, storage consumption and charges in total and on a per client basis.
Displaying and finalzing invoices
Selecting the client will show all historical and pending invoices.
